Overview

In preparation for our next NCL anaesthetic and perioperative medicine workshop, we would be grateful if you could please complete this questionnaire which should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.  The results will be used to map preoptimisation pathways across NCL to identify gaps and look at how we can improve access to preoptimisation pathways across the sector.
