VCOD SITREP - NCL CCG PCN/General Practice Survey (week commencing 31st Jan 2022)

Overview

Dear Practice and PCN Colleagues,

To help us understand the potential impact of Vaccination as a Condition of Deployment (VCOD), please complete the following survey by the end of Tuesday 1st February 2022.  We will be asking all practices and PCNs to return this submission every two weeks until the 1^st April 2022.

Before completing your return, please note the following IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• There should only be one return per practice covering practice clinical and non-clinical staff (not ARRS staff even if employed by the practice).

• PCN returns cover ARRS staff only and are to be completed by the employing practice. If more than one practice employs ARRS staff in a PCN then multiple PCN returns should be submitted. Please note the separate question for ARRS staff employed by a 3rd party which is to be completed once on behalf of the PCN.

Your answers will be reviewed by your borough team on Wednesday.
