Saturday GP and Nurse Appointments: Receptionist Survey

Overview

Eight weeks ago, Camden CCG and Haverstock Healthcare launched Saturday GP and nurse appointments for patients from 14 practices in South Camden at South Camden Centre for Health. The service offers 55 GP, 28 nurse and 28 health care assistant (HCA) appointments a week and is aimed at people who find it difficult to attend their own GP during usual opening hours.

A significant number of Saturday appointments have not been booked and we are keen to understand why so that we can support your practice to make the most of the extra capacity that they offer. 

Receptionists play a very important role in the Saturday service through booking these appointments on behalf of patients. Therefore we would like to get your feedback through this short survey.

The survey will only take five minutes and we will send a £10 Love to Shop voucher to all staff who complete it by 22^nd April 2016
