Language Line - Patient Feedback Survey 2024
Overview
Dear Sir/Madam,
NCL ICB Primary Care teams are currently reviewing the Language Line contract and would like to gather feedback on the patient experience of using the service. We would therefore be very grateful if you could complete the survey below.
The data that we gather from users will allow us to understand better how the service is being delivered at an operational level. It will then inform how we commission interpreting services in the future.
Please note the survey will close on Friday 26th July 2024 and all responses will be treated and reported on anonymously.
