Dear patient

We would like to hear your views on the services provided by your GP practice at: Kings Cross Surgery and Somers Town Medical Centre, 77-83 Chalton Street, London NW1 1HY

Your GP services are run by AT Medics Limited – Kings Cross Surgery and Somers Town Medical Centre have a contract to provide these services from 77-83 Chalton Street, London NW1 1HY for all registered patients.

Both these contracts are coming to an end which gives North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) an opportunity to hear from patients to understand what is working well and where improvements could be made in the future.

In addition, rather than having two separate GP services, NCL ICB propose that a single new contract is put in place to provide your GP services from the current health centre to commence from 1 April 2026.  

This does not mean that your GP practice will close or that you need to find a new doctor – your GP practice services will continue uninterrupted under one new contract.

To help us appoint the right organisation to run your GP practice this survey seeks to find out how important certain aspects of your GP practice are to you and what you would like to see in the future.
