Overview

Dear Practice Managers,

We are working with the Council and other partners to look at the feasibility of developing shared spaces within existing facilities for use by general practice. This has historically been challenging but we have a good level of interest from partners in working on this.

We are trying to rapidly understand your specific needs to inform our planning and, as the operational leads managing space for your teams, we would really appreciate your input via the questions within this survey.

We will separately speak to the CQC about any requirements for registration of a space like this.
