Everglade Medical Practice – Proposed Relocation - Patient Survey

Overview

Everglade Medical Practice currently operating from The Concourse, Grahame Park Health Centre, London NW9 5XT, will have to relocate to alternative premises due to plans to demolish the current building as part of the Grahame Park Estate regeneration scheme.

The practice has been working with NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) to relocate to a new, purpose-built medical centre at Colindale Gardens, 160 Colindale Avenue, London, NW9 5HE, which is a short distance from the current premises. It is anticipated that the practice will relocate to the new premises end of 2026.

We are seeking your views to ensure we address any of your needs, specifically about the distance of travel, transport links and parking.

The new proposed premises is approximately 0.5 miles from the Grahame Park Health Centre (approximately 12 minutes’ walk), four minutes by car and is served by Colindale Underground station and a number of bus routes including 125, 204 and 303. The new premises is planned to include two blue badge bays and a drop off bay to the rear, as well as limited paid for parking.

We wanted to take this opportunity to reassure you that the surgery’s opening hours will remain the same and no patients will be asked to leave the surgery because of the move. Existing GP services will continue to be available at the current location, while plans for the move progress.
