We invite you to share your views as a patient registered with Langstone Way Surgery. North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) is seeking feedback from patients to gain insight into what is working well within the practice and identify any areas where improvements could be made in the future.

We have created a survey to give you the opportunity to share your feedback and provide your input on the services at Langstone Way Surgery. The questions in this survey are based on the National GP Patient Survey, which can be viewed at: www.gp-patient.co.uk.

The survey will close on 20 June 2025. If you would like to share your views, please do so by this date.

Once we have gathered feedback from patients, we will share the survey results with the practice. We will also encourage the practice to discuss the findings with its Patient Participation Group and to publish the outcome on their website, ensuring patients are kept informed and outlining the steps they will take to address any identified issues.

The survey will close on 20 June. Patients can be assured that all responses will be collected anonymously, and your answers will remain confidential.
