Broadwater Farm Relocation Survey

Overview

This survey is in relation to the proposed relocation of Broadwater Farm Medical Practice into Lawrence House Surgery at 107 Phillip Lane. We are responsible for services in Haringey, and we are seeking your views before a decision is taken.    

This does not mean that your GP practice will close or that you will need to find a new doctor – your GP practice services will continue uninterrupted.

The Broadwater Farm Medical Practice (currently based at Broadwater Farm Health Centre) is part of Lawrence House Surgery.  Haringey Council is exploring options for the redevelopment of Tangmere. The health centre phase of the Broadwater Farm improvement works programme provides NCL ICB the opportunity to consider the best way to deliver services for residents who are patients at the Broadwater Farm Medical Practice.

The proposed relocation to Lawrence House Surgery would improve access to services during longer hours as the practice is open 8.30am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday. The building is 0.6 miles from Broadwater Farm Health Centre and the travel times are:

• 13 minutes’ walk.
• 4 minutes cycling.
• 11 minutes by public transport on bus W4 route that comes every 10 minutes. 

To reassure you, you will not need to find a new GP, it would just be in a new location
