PCN Winter Funding 2025/26 Indicative Activity Plans
Overview
We have recently reached out to PCNs about their Winter funding allocation. This year we are asking PCNs to submit indicative activity plans. Please complete this survey to provide us with your indicative activity plans for Winter funding 2025-2026.
As a reminder, there are 2 streams to the funding. We expect PCNs to split their payments with around 50% going to each stream of funding.
