YOU AND YOUR GP has been developed to help patients understand what to expect from their general practice and how they can get the best from their GP team. The GP Patient Charter also enables patients to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the integrated care board (ICB) on areas/ topics such as:
- Access
- Quality
- Safety
- Digital
- Staff
- Clinical
You can share feedback or raise a concern regarding your GP practice by contacting:
