Staff Awards 2021

Overview

Help us to celebrate the amazing work of our staff and teams across NCL CCGs by nominating an individual or team for a staff award.

This year’s staff awards will celebrate the hard work, dedication and supportive care given by our staff and teams.

You can nominate an individual or team for any one of the following categories.

Staff award categories

There will be one award for effectively demonstrating each of the values:

Collaborative	Working Collaboratively by connecting with and listening to key stakeholders
Accountable	Being Accountable in discharging the effective delivery of their role/function
Transparent	Being open, honest and communicating with Transparency
Efficient	Working Efficiently which is cost effective and making the best use of resources
Embrace Diversity	Embracing Diversity to address discrimination and inequality
Support	Supporting staff and colleagues so that the workplace remains safe and enjoyable
Deliver	Delivering services that demonstrate high quality

In addition to the ‘Value specific Awards’, there will be the following additional staff award categories:

Awards will be presented at our staff Christmas party on Friday 17 December 2021.
