Primary Care Flexible Staff Pool Survey

Overview

North Central London (NCL) are working to design a Primary Care Flexible Staff Pool to better connect and meet the needs of our practices and locum workforce when pairing around flexible working. Further guidance can be found here.

We would really value the input of our Practice Managers in designing this to ensure it meets your needs when connecting with locums and have designed this short survey to capture your feedback. 

We would like to understand what digital platforms you already use as well as any functionality of the Flexible Staff Pool which would be essential in improving how you connect with locums.

The survey is anonymous and please share this within your practice with anyone involved in arranging locum sessions.
