Stakeholder survey – GP services at Camden Health Improvement Practice (CHIP)

Overview

We would like to hear your views on the services provided by CHIP

The GP practice is run by AT Medics Ltd who have a contract to provide services for all registered patients.

This contract is coming to an end which gives us (North Central London Integrated Care Board) an opportunity to hear from patients and stakeholders to understand what’s working well and where improvements could be made in the future.

This does not mean the GP practice will close – services will continue uninterrupted.
