Evaluation of GP practice 'Early Cancer Diagnosis' education programme

Overview

This survey is designed to assess the impact of the support given to GP practices to improve the early diagnosis of cancer in Camden. There are a number of questions relating to practice visits delivered by Cancer Research UK, and some general questions about what further support would be helpful.
