The Muswell Hill Practice relocation patient survey

Overview

The Muswell Hill Practice is moving to a new building in late spring 2022 (move date to be confirmed).  The modern, purpose built building will be larger and more spacious than our current premises, offering improved facilities for patients and staff. 

The new building will be located just a short distance away at 54 Muswell Hill, N10 3ST (about 120 metres or 370 feet away), so within easy reach of the current practice. 

There will be 11 consultation rooms in total, all of which will be at ground-floor level and fully accessible for patients.  A disabled parking bay will also be available.

We have been engaging with patients about the move in a number of ways including through the practice website, via posters and other information provided at the current site and also via the practice’s patient participation group.  We have developed a frequently asked questions document to capture and respond to queries we have received so far. 

We are working hard to make the transition to the new site as smooth as possible and to avoid any disruption for our patients.  We welcome your views about the move and invite you to complete a very brief survey.
