PPG Member Survey (April 2018)

Overview

Dear PPG members,

The purpose of the survey is to give you the opportunity to influence the agenda for the next Camden Patient Participation Group (PPG) forum meeting in November (date and venue to be confirmed).

Camden Patient & Public Engagement Group (CPPEG) would very much welcome topics that you might like to have on the agenda for discussion or information, as we want PPG members to steer the agenda.

At previous forum meetings -  PPG members have asked CPPEG to work with the CCG to ensure that the agenda reflects as best we can topics that members want to discuss. To date the past two forum agendas have reflected what people wanted.

It would be helpful if you could complete the online survey which will help steer CPPEG by ensuring that future forum meetings  reflect what you want. The initial results will be presented at the forum meeting on Tuesday 10 April. 

Some suggestions received from PPG members to date have been incorporated into this short questionnaire which should take 10 minutes to complete.
