PPG Member Survey

Overview

Dear PPG members,

The purpose of the survey is to give you the opportunity to influence the agenda for the next General Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG) forum meeting in November (date and venue to be confirmed).

Camden Patient & Public Engagement Group (CPPEG) would very much welcome topics that you might like to have on the agenda for discussion or information, as we want PPG members to steer the agenda.

At the last summit meeting PPG members asked CPPEG to work in collaboration, where we could, with the Patient Advocates from the Camden GP Federation. To date we have collaborated through discussing this questionnaire and will continue to collaborate by sharing the results of the survey and agreeing the agenda for the forum meeting in November.

Some suggestions that we have received from PPG members to date have been incorporated into this short questionnaire which should take 10 minutes to complete.
