Mental health service user & carer working group application

Overview

Thank you for your interest in joining the Mental Health Service User and Carer Working Group. This application form is a chance to tell us a bit about yourself, and why you are interested in joining the group. 

It will take 10-15 minutes to complete. It's possible to save your form halfway through, and come back to it later, if you like.

What happens next

The deadline to apply is Friday 29 September. Interviews will take place in early October. 

The number of places on the working group is limited. However, we are always looking to expand our mental health involvement network. This is a friendly alliance of people interested in shaping mental health services in Camden, and is a flexible opportunity.
