Diversity and Inclusion Survey
Overview
Camden CCG wants to:
- Embed equality and inclusion into commissioning, not only for the CCG but our providers as well
- Address health inequalities, including complying with relevant legal duties (e.g. the Equality Action 2010) and national standards (e.g. Equality Delivery System and the Accessible Information Standard) &
- Create services and care pathways that reduce wide variations in health outcomes for protected and vulnerable groups and move to reduce access barriers
The overall objective of the survey is to help guide us in presenting an action plan for improving equality and inclusion for patients in Camden. We intend to use the feedback received to help us prioritise what we should focus on during the next 2 years. The action plan will be presented at the September Governing Body meeting for approval.
We aim to ensure what matters most to local groups has the opportunity to influence our plans for improving patient outcomes and services for our patients in Camden.
