All Together Better - Survey of Professionals

Overview

As part of Camden’s integrated child health project All Together Better (ATB), Camden CCG is taking a system-wide look at how to promote and improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people in Camden, working across organisational boundaries to improve integration, access and enable early detection of social, educational and health needs and deliver a flexible and personalised response for children, young people and their families.

Camden CCG wants to hear the views of all care professionals (clinicians and providers, including the third sector) working with children and young people in Camden to gain insights into the blocks to information flow and how well services are joining up across system.

The findings will be analysed by the Office for Public Management and feed into Camden CCG’s All Together Better project.

Completing this survey will take roughly 10 minutes. Please submit your response by 17 July 2015.
