In preparation for our OD sessions starting in October we thought it would be helpful if you could answer a few questions in order for you to get the most out of the sessions.

Why your views matter

The aim of an organisational development (OD) programme is to ensure that those charged with leading the networks are empowered to lead this work and are supported and have the right skills to deliver the objectives of the network.
